Evaluating Self-Funding for Health Plans

This course introduces the attendee to the concept of self-funding in health plans, comparing it to fully insured plans and other funding options, and provides a comprehensive look into plan design, risks, mitigation of those risks, and how to implement an effective self-funded plan.  Is self-funding right for your clients?  This course will help you decide.  Length: 67 minutes. This class is HRCI approved. If you would like HRCI credit, please notify Dorothy Cociu. She will provide you with a test that can be returned to her, followed by the program ID number to submit for credit.
